Farm Day

My view; my message.

Here we go with another day in the Farm, with the exception that today Gordon and his new tractor, were roaming all over the property doing a huge clean up. I have to say that it was indeed time for a big job like that. The grass was so big that it was practically impossible to see even the fruit trees, not to say about the beauty and the space, which were immerse in that ocean of elephant grass. On my view, the job to re-organize the Farm to the minimum standard, will require a lot more, and certainly, attention and care will be the priority.

The clean up was an improvement; it surely benefits the land, the owners, and the caretakers, who can now have a direction of how to value and to keep the good looking of a Community Farm. Another helpful aspect of Gordon’s input was that the TIGER has been sent to the repair shop, a new weed-waker was ordered, plus fertilizers for the fruit trees. In addition, he personally cleaned the first floor, on the big building, and paid for Revati to do 'maha-clean' at down stairs, where the Bengalis live. (Which includes, clean windowns, the entire floor area, doors, 2 bathroons, kitchen and to re-organize everything.)

In conclusion, after looking (meditating) at the fruit trees on the fields for a while, somehow I start to think that it maybe a good opportunity (time) for a mutual understanding (unity) on matters, which, if carried on progressively, it could positivelly impact the entire community.

Here are some pics that show the area where Gordon personally cleaned: (the temple area was cleaned by Hari & Revati, on last Thursday)

Hare Krishna!

Yours,
Hari Saran Das
